Kasper is a young and experienced triathlon coach with nearly 10 years of experience under his belt in high performance and talent development. Prior to his coaching career Kasper chased his childhood dream of becoming a racing driver with several promising results before he found himself in triathlon at 16 years of age. Kasper raced as an elite AG athlete for a few years before he eventually signed up for his professional race in the beginning of 2020. Unfortunately back to back heart issues forced him to retire from professional racing before it really got started.

Since then Kasper have dedicated all his time to help others chase their personal dreams and is now both best friend and a part of the coaching team around Magnus Ditlev (World Record Holder on the IM distance and ranked #2 on the PTO rankings) and coached both Clement Mignon and Marjolaine Pierre to their ITU Long Distance World Championship title and first Ironman win in 2023.

Furthermore, Kasper has been working with talent development for nearly 8 years and has multiple athletes on the danish national junior team.

Kaspers competences is mostly based upon working with athletes on the IRONMAN 70.3 and full IRONMAN distance, but is open to work with short distance athletes as well.
